Formed in 2016, the Steele Park Touch Module has been providing a social mixed competition consisting of 40 teams and have hosted a variety of touch tournaments.
In 2023, our team were approached by some local organisations keen to engage our wider community, through Touch!
We took up the challenge to expand with a goal to provide an opportunity for everyone in the community to move, have fun & engage in a positive kaupapa for the entire whānau - and we’d love you to spread the word.
Here’s a quick summary:
Our name has changed from Steele Park Touch to TRC Sport. This is just to ensure it reflects all of the content we post & share. It’s still us!
We have launched a new website for TRC Sport to ensure you know what’s going on, at all times.
We now host an open mens module as well as the regular social mixed competitions. More access, more options - more fun!
